Planned Giving Brochures - Download Copy

Here you can purchase the right to use our planned giving text in your non-profit's own brochure, newsletter, or website. (Certain restrictions apply.) The planned giving text is downloadable in MS Word format.

By purchasing and downloading one or more of these publications you agree to the following:

1. The purchasing organization (which must be a non-profit organization) is authorized to use the copy from the selected brochure(s) for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase in: its own publication(s), its own website(s), and/or its own electronic newsletters. Any portion of a brochure that is used is considered to be a use of the entire publication. The purchasing organization will make its own personalized changes, additions, and subtractions, and do its own typesetting, layout, design, and printing.

2. The purchasing organization will maintain the copyright in the name of Calder P. Sinclair by printing along with the rest of the copy: "Copyright 2011 by Calder P. Sinclair."

3. The purchasing organization agrees to provide Sinclair, Townes & Company with one copy of any publication (print or electronic) which utilizes our copy.
