About the Speaker:
Calder P. Sinclair is both an attorney and President of Sinclair, Townes & Company. As former Director of
the Estate Planning Program for Emory University, he has extensive hands-on experience in major gifts and
planned giving. His planned giving publications have been sold and distributed to more than 3 million people
nationwide. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Emory College, he received his J.D. from Emory Law School.
He is the former national president of the Omicron Delta Kappa Foundation and a member of the State Bar
of Georgia and the Florida Bar.
